Independent Representative Program The purpose of this overview is to give you, the reader, a clear and simple understanding of the WinTeam Independent Representative Program. From the basic concept to compensation, this overview should help you decide if WinTeam is for you. If you are already a WinTeam team member then this overview should be useful in helping you explain the program to others. Who is WinTeam? WinTeam Inc. is a company whose goal is to become the largest supplier of fundraising discount cards in the United States. Rather than using traditional marketing methods, WinTeam uses independent representatives as its sole means of distribution. Through a growing force of Independent Representatives, WinTeam will move massive quantities of cards into the marketplace in an efficient manner. Instead of paying for expensive advertising campaigns, hiring a large management staff and sales force throughout the country, WinTeam uses the power of Independent Representatives, working part time or full time, building your own fundraising organizations. There are no barriers such as startup fees, network marketing scams,* territorial restrictions, sales quotas, income caps and management interference typically found in many businesses. *Territorial Restrictions -- there are no territorial restrictions until one person
reaches the title of Senior Territory Representative. (See Senior Territory

Discount cards are a bridge to raise money for these activities. Americans are also realizing that the days of the traditional job are numbered. With downsizing, restructuring and what is basically a complete overhaul of corporate America taking place in this decade, more and more people are considering home-based businesses as their ticket to financial security. Can I make serious income? Yes! This excitement level is so high in our program, your income is unlimited. The compensation plan was designed to reward both the part-time and the full-time representative. When you join and send for your material you will be considered a Freshman Independent Representative.

Example 1 : You run 1 Fundraiser, the Fundraiser sells 250 cards you will make $600.00. Each fundraiser should take an average of 10-15 hours to run. That is between $40.00/$60.00 per hour.
Example 2: You run 1 Fundraiser, the Fundraiser sells 500 cards You will make $1,300.00 . For this fundraiser your potential is $86.00/$130.00 per hour.
Senior Territory Representative After you run your 21st successful fundraiser and you are the first in that *territory to do so, WinTeam Inc. will make you a Territory Senior Representative. As a TSR you will receive 3% of every WinTeam fundraiser competed in what now is known as your *territory.
*Territory consists of 25 mile circumference from Representative's business mailing address. Why should I join WinTeam, Inc.?
